Who writes your audit

Operators. Not junior consultants.

Every author on ExitLogic has shipped the thing they're auditing. A conversion audit is written by someone who ran growth at a Series B. A performance audit is written by someone who's shipped to a browser near you.

Vetted authors — every auditor passes a 3-part trial before listing. ~11% acceptance rate.
Credentials on every report — see where they shipped, what they shipped, and why they're right for the job.
Rated by you — every audit carries a public rating. Authors below 4.5 are reviewed and often removed.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Email info@exitlogic.io — we reply within 4 hours on weekdays.

How fast is "72 hours"? Business days?
We mean 72 wall-clock hours from the moment you complete checkout and share your URL. If you buy on Friday afternoon, your PDF arrives by Monday afternoon. Same-day rush delivery is available on most audits for a $49 add-on.
What if I don't like the report?
If your audit doesn't surface at least 3 actionable findings, we refund 100% of the order — no questions, no forms. We've issued refunds on 0.4% of orders to date and you get a new auditor on us for the next one.
Can I talk to the auditor?
Yes. Every audit includes a 30-day follow-up window — ask clarifying questions via the order thread and the auditor responds within 24 hours. Some audits include an optional 30-minute Loom walkthrough for +$49.
Do you audit staging / password-protected sites?
Absolutely. Share a staging URL and credentials at checkout. All auditors sign a mutual NDA by default and your URL and credentials are wiped from our system 30 days after delivery.
Who owns the report? Can I share it?
You do. The PDF is yours to share with your team, freelancers, investors — however you need. ExitLogic retains no rights to republish, and no dashboard lock-in: if we go out of business tomorrow, your report is still on your disk.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
Agencies typically require a 3-month minimum, start with 2+ weeks of discovery calls, and bill $15k–$40k for what an ExitLogic audit covers in a $49–$499 fixed-price PDF delivered in 72 hours. For discovery-mode work, we're 10–50× cheaper. For ongoing strategy, an agency may still be the right call.
