ExitLogic is a marketplace for digital audits — expert PDF diagnostic reports that help founders and operators find and fix the revenue leaks in their online businesses.
Each audit is written by an operator who has personally shipped in that domain. You purchase the audit, and within 72 hours you receive a detailed report covering exactly what's hurting your revenue and how to fix it — no agency retainer, no PowerPoint theater.
ExitLogic is built for founders, product managers, and operators running online businesses — ecommerce stores, SaaS products, content sites, marketplaces, and DTC brands.
If you have traffic or a product but you're not converting as well as you should, an audit tells you exactly why — without hiring a $15,000/month agency to tell you things you could've figured out in a week.
Every audit on ExitLogic is authored by an operator with a verifiable track record in that specific domain. We don't accept generalist consultants or AI-generated fluff.
Each author page shows their background, live proof of results, and their other audits on the platform. If we can't verify they've shipped it, they don't sell here.
Every Tuesday we publish a deep-dive teardown of one real revenue leak — a checkout friction point, a funnel drop-off, a pricing mistake — with a full analysis of what broke, why, and how it was fixed.
It's completely free. Over 12,400 founders and product managers read it. You can subscribe from the footer of any page on the site.
No. ExitLogic is independent and has no commercial relationships with agencies, retainer services, or tool vendors. Our authors are compensated through audit sales only.
This matters: when an author tells you something is broken, it's because it's broken — not because they want to sell you a $3,000/month fix.
Three main differences: speed (72 hours vs. weeks), cost (from $9 vs. $5,000–$15,000 retainers), and focus (one specific problem diagnosed deeply vs. a broad engagement that loses context).
Audits are also reusable — they're written as frameworks, not one-off deliverables. You can run the same checklist across your business repeatedly as things evolve.

1. Browse and purchase — Find the audit that matches your problem from the marketplace. Each listing describes exactly what it covers and what you'll receive.
2. Submit your details — After checkout you'll receive a short intake form asking for your URL, access credentials (if needed), and any specific context. This usually takes under 5 minutes.
3. The audit runs — Your assigned auditor reviews your site, funnel, or product using their proprietary framework. This takes up to 72 hours.
4. You receive your report — A detailed PDF delivered directly to your email. It includes findings ranked by revenue impact, a clear explanation of each issue, and actionable fix recommendations.
We cover a wide range of digital business areas, including:
Conversion & UX: landing pages, checkout flows, onboarding, mobile UX
SEO & Content: technical SEO, content gap analysis, local SEO
Revenue: pricing strategy, upsell flows, subscription retention, cart abandonment
Ads & Growth: paid media efficiency, email sequences, affiliate programs
Technical: Core Web Vitals, site speed, analytics setup, tracking accuracy

It depends on the audit type. Some audits (like landing page or UX audits) only need your public URL. Others (like analytics, email, or ads audits) require read-only access to your tools — Google Analytics, Shopify, your email platform, etc.
Each audit listing clearly states what access is required before you purchase. We always request the minimum necessary and we never request write access.
Most audits are delivered within 72 hours of receiving your completed intake form. For complex audits (full funnel, multi-channel), the listing will specify a longer timeframe.
If your auditor needs anything to proceed, they'll contact you via the email you used at checkout. Time spent waiting for your response isn't counted against the delivery window.
Audits are delivered as PDF reports directly to your inbox. They're structured for readability — executive summary, findings by priority, specific fix recommendations, and supporting data or screenshots where relevant.
Most audits are between 15–60 pages depending on scope. They're designed to be forwarded directly to your developer or designer without needing a translation layer.
Yes. Each audit includes a 7-day follow-up window during which you can reply to your delivery email with clarifying questions. The auditor will respond within 48 hours.
Follow-up is for clarification on the existing findings — not for additional analysis. If you need deeper work, some auditors offer extended engagements which you can request directly.

Audits on ExitLogic start at $9 for focused, single-issue diagnostics and go up to $499 for comprehensive full-funnel or multi-channel audits.
The price reflects the depth of analysis, not the size of our business. A $29 checkout audit that surfaces a $2,000/month leak is a 70x return on the same day you buy it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported by your browser.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Yes — you can add multiple audits to your cart and check out in one transaction. Each audit will run independently and be delivered within its own stated timeframe.

We don't have a formal team plan yet, but we work directly with agencies and in-house growth teams who need audits at volume. Reach out to partners@exitlogic.io and we'll arrange something.
Not currently. Every audit is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. The Weekly Teardown newsletter is also free with no subscription required.

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on all audits. If you're not satisfied with what you received — for any reason — email info@exitlogic.io and we'll process a full refund within 2 business days.
We don't make you justify it. If we built something that didn't deliver value, we don't deserve to keep your money.
If a completed audit doesn't surface at least 3 actionable findings, we'll refund you in full — no argument, no waiting. We've built this guarantee into every audit we sell because we're confident in the quality.
In practice, this almost never happens. Most audits return 8–15 findings across sites that founders believed were already well-optimised.
The fastest way is to use the Contact page or email us directly at info@exitlogic.io. We respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days — usually much faster.

Late deliveries are rare, and when they happen we'll either expedite the delivery or issue a partial refund for the delay — whichever you prefer.

Yes — this is a done-for-you service, not a digital download. Each purchase requires a fresh audit on that specific buyer's site. That's what keeps the quality high and the findings relevant.
Most audits take 4–8 hours of focused work once you've built your framework. Your framework gets faster with every audit you run.
Yes, within our platform range ($9–$499). We'll advise on positioning based on scope and comparable audits on the platform, but the final price is yours to set.
We've found that audits priced between $29–$99 convert best for most niches, but premium audits ($199–$499) are viable when the scope is clearly defined and the ROI case is made on the listing page.
We read every message. A real person will reply within one business day — often the same afternoon.
