1 Who we are

ExitLogic ("we", "us", "the company") operates exitlogic.io — a marketplace for digital audit reports. By using the site or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.

2 What you get

When you purchase an audit on ExitLogic, you receive:

• A PDF diagnostic report, delivered to your account within 72 hours
• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for your own business
• The right to share it internally with your team, contractors, and developers

You do not receive: the right to resell, republish, or redistribute the audit content publicly. The audit is licensed, not sold as intellectual property.

3 Your obligations

By using ExitLogic, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing
• Not resell, share publicly, or sublicense audit content
• Not use the platform to scrape, harvest, or automate requests
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or rebuild our product catalog
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4 Intellectual property

All audit content is owned by ExitLogic and/or the respective audit authors. The ExitLogic name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. If you'd like to quote from an audit or reference ExitLogic in press, see our Press page for guidelines.

5 Payment and refunds

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service when completing a purchase. For refunds, see our Refund Policy — the headline is: 30 days, no questions asked, if the audit doesn't surface at least 3 actionable findings.

6 Liability limitation

Audits provide diagnostic information and recommendations. They are not a guarantee of specific business outcomes. ExitLogic's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

We make no warranty that the marketplace will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work hard to keep it both.

7 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms — we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond first, unless the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, illegal activity).

8 Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of ExitLogic after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll never change them retroactively.
